The property has washers and dryers with complimentary laundry detergent. Anytime we asked questions from the staff they responded very fast. "This is so close to the main train station that it took us about 5 minutes to walk back and forth. The bus stop is less than five minutes the other direction for the city bus. The breakfast was in the restaurant and it was suberb! Fresh cheese, meats and breads in addition to hot foods. Definitely would stay here again. "

"If you want old world with modern comfort, this is the hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms updated and comfortable, close to everything, and just all around amazing. We have stayed here in the past and each time we go back to Salzburg, it is our go to hotel. Everything is perfect. You feel as if you are stepping back in time to the late 19th early 20th century. It is pricey, but we look at is as treating ourselves and are never disappointed. "
