Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Nota 1. Não voltaria.
Os funcionários foram todos muito educados o tempo todo e o ambiente estava limpo, porém a piscina é pequena para um hotel daquele porte a entrada da piscina apertada, tinha somente 1 cadeira a área era extremamente minúscula, a pessoa que tivesse no chuveiro ficava basicamente em cima da outra que tivesse na lateral além de ter também so 1 mesa disponível para todos colocarem as coisas em cima a tv mal pegava 6 canais e toda hora dava falha no sinal, a piscina funciona das 10 as 20hr e o check out é as 12 então quem não pegar mais de 1 diária mal vai curtir a piscina, enquanto a do hotel dessa mesma rede no rio vermelho abria mais cedo e a pessoa podia curtir a piscina no dia de sair.
