It’s just they throw to the trash a bag with my son brand new tennis shoes and didn’t take responsibility. I’m waiting to hear back from them to see if they will refund that money.

Staff adding items not consumed padding the bill!

I have traveled to this hotel for several years. I come to Saltillo with a delegation from Monterrey. Our delegation rings about 25 people with us. This year we highly recommended our delegation stay at Hyatt hotel. Many of the years I have traveled to the hotel. I would eat my meals there and never had a problem until this year. After we returned to the hotel after a meeting. I decided to grab a glass of Rose to take to my room. As I was handed the bill I asked where is the tip line and she said oh I added it. I was upset and this had never happened before. I was very upset and thought it was very rude. Having been traveling since 5:00 am I thought I would address it first thing in the am. Once I reviewed my receipt I noticed I was charged for two glasses of red wine and not 1 glass of Rose and the tip she gave her self was $13 US dollars. I have never ever experienced such unethical behavior. I spoke to the manager and she said she would look into but nothing was resolved as a matter of fact. I was told they could not credit my card even though I didn’t consume the red wine. The next day as I’m sitting having breakfast with our delegation a waitress hands a guest part of the delegation a receipt with 80 pesos saying this is their bill and they need to pay $80 pesos. However the breakfast is free. I have been coming to this hotel for years. And never saw such blatant fraud to consumers. The worst part is we insisted our group their hotel at your location. What a disappoint
