"Unless you were just looking for a place to sleep, do not book this hotel. It is old, dated, rundown, and not very clean. The front desk clerk is downright rude. Its location is good. But that is the only thing to recommend about it. The housekeeping staff appreciates tips and cleaned our room well after leaving 50 pesos."

"Muy difícil obtener mi factura, tuve que regresar personalmente a pedirla, claro que esa gasolina nadie me la va a regresar pero es mejor que perder el costo del hotel y cuando por fin me la dieron es por $400 pesos menos, comentan que la diferencia es la comisión del sitio cuando en otros hoteles me facturan el total que pague, terrible experiencia, no vuelvo aquí, perdí la gasolina de monterrey a Saltillo ida y vuelta solo por la famosa factura y $400 que me facturaron de menos, decepcionante "
