Beautiful property in need of TLC & staff training
Posted 18 Oct 2022 on HotelsWe experienced a mix bag. The waitstaff was excellent, the food was very good. The condition of the building was rough in areas. The view out one window of our room was of the water--beautiful! Out another window was a roof repair that had been half-completed and all the construction debris left. The exterior of the building was needing TLC as were the gardens. The check in staff was lacking in training as was the spa staff.

Quiteness was what we liked the most
One day the room was not cleaned until we asked for it at the end of the day.
