Pros: The food and the room
Food was very good and cheaper. Hotel was very nice. Only bad thing was that the towel was too old and dirty. Rest other things were fantastic.

No room avl despite confirmed booking

Pros: Not a nice place to stay with family.
Location: Horrible location, difficult to find.
Despite Expedia providing me a confirmed booking and wrting no need to check again,
when i reached Coral Residency IA 179 Salt lake city Sector 3 Kolkata , i was told they had no booking
for me.
So Expedia could not honour its commitment. Expedia even did not hotel telephone no.
Wonder whom they were sending messages of booking.
Never going to book hotel through Expedia.

Fraud hotel...overbooks
Posted 12 Feb 2017Booked hotel thru expedia.7243104142355 for 10 feb. When reachef hotel no booking for me and was already full. Very bad service from expedia. Hotel has tie up with makemytrip hotels.com oyo expedia etc and so overbooks and yoy are not given contact no to confirm
