No hot breakfast. Not even any fruits. Juice machine was left in off position. No sugar packets for coffee. It seems like staff don’t follow check list to do to satisfy customers. No swimming pool. Staff don’t tell you that. You just have to find out yourself and you realized other places are a lot better than this.

The place is central to Draper and Sandy, and reasonably priced. The bedroom had everything and bed was good, just the carpet seemed old and needed a good cleaning. Reception and staff was great

This place was absolutely disgusting!! In arrival to our room the pillows and bed sheets were dirty. I asked for extra pillows and they stated they didn’t have any extra…..overall you pay for what you get. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

Rancid and spoiled food served as so called breakfast - old bread slices and rancid drinks. The staff was very rude and could not help. There are many things bad/inoperable at the hotel.
I'm not booking this hotel ever again

I was told I’d be getting my deposit back in 3-4 days. I called the hotel to ask about it because I still haven’t received it and front desk agent was incredibly rude… told me something completely different. I’ve been a GM for hotels and I would fire if I caught a front desk agent talking to someone the way I was spoken to.

This is the dirtiest and most unsafe Ramada
I have ever stayed at. Power outlets did not work and power outlets next to big a/c was socked in water, the wall around the power outlet was all bunked up. I will not stay here again.
