General manager was amazing! I booked the wrong date, she initiated the refund process almost immediately! Will definitely be back again, food from restaurant was awesome as well! Drinks were pricey but that is to be expected at a hotel bar! 5 stars all the way!!

Went into the bathroom in the room and there was dry crusty oatmeal or something in the sink. Looked like it been there for days.
