The staff was super helpful and understanding. In general, everything was ok... basically clean just not the "5star" type of place. Kind of old and dirty b/c of age not b/c people weren't cleaning. The pool & pool area is really lacking - eough that my kids didn't want to get it, very unusual

Great Hotel, with new options with online check-in and check-out. I wished the laundry had tap to pay.

Great Hotel and is making new improvements like the online check-in and check-out. The Hotel need to add the tap to pay on the Laundry.

Great Hotel, Great Location, with a Great Staff, that offers a great experience each time I visit. Love the Free Breakfast with great food options.
I was glad to see new options that includes online check-in and online check-out. I wished the laundry offered a tap to pay.
Aside from this, its still a great place. I will look forward to my next visit.

Was very dirty, they offered a refund and never did it. The room was dirty as the beds full of old food leftovers. They charged me for two nights that I never used. Very disappointed that they use pictures that doesn't reflect the real property conditions, and the worst in the get your money. I will never stay here and I recommend everyone to avoid staying there.
