Great Place to stay if you do not have a car to leave in their "secured" parking lot, right next to the soup kitchen and a lot of homeless in the area. Our vehicle was broken into staff was not surprised. SLC Police did not bother to respond as a weapon was not stolen from the vehicle.

Hi Alicia,We are not next to a soup kitchen. Our hotel is downtown in a major city. Leaving personal items in clear view is asking for someone to break in. I am truly sorry your car was broken into. At some point personal accountability is required.Sincerely Brandon

We attended a hockey game and this hotel is very convenient as it's only a block from the Delta Center.

Very disappointed in my stay. Incredibly rude and unprofessional check in staff, room was mediocre but was terribly terribly cold with broken heating unit in the winter time

I was in Salt Lake City for a concert. The hotel is an easy walk there and back. It's a safe area to walk at night. The staff is very friendly. The room was very nice and quiet.

Pleasant stay. Room was spacious, clean and comfy, but a bit dated. Great front desk staff.
