I paid for a room with a tub and they gave me one without one. The indoor pool and hot tub were not available. Which is why i picked this hotel, for the in room tub and indoor pool and hottub very disappointed

Quick access to shopping,pool and hot tub access easy ,very clean. This stay met our budget,and family friendly.

Very nice clean hotel. Room smelled really good and staff was courteous. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay at in SLC area. Rooms were very clean and quiet, and location was convenient to shopping, the mountains, and restaurants.

They never came and cleaned our room. We had to go to the front desk to get towels. we could hear our neighbors TV all night.

Our housekeeping will normally clean every other day unless you make a request to our front desk to have your room cleaned specific days and times. We are also sorry that you had neighbors that would have their tv on and caused you to not have a good nights rest.
