I had a son with me going off to war in Ukraine. For some unknown reason, when we ordered our room, it gave us one bed. I said I’m here with my son and we need two beds. The lady at the desk would not give us two beds. I told her the situation and I’d even pay more money so we could have two beds. She wouldn’t do it! My son, said mom don’t worry about it, I’m used to sleeping on the ground! So that is what happened! He slept on the floor and I couldn’t sleep worrying about him. The room was next to the office and people were slamming doors in and out at all hours of the night and morning! It was awful! I should’ve had a chance to talk to the manager. I should have a refund or gift card to stay in the future. But I’d never choose to stay here again!

It is a nonsmoking hotel. It took three rooms before we got a room that had not been smoked in. The whole place needs TLC. So much is just wearing out. It was clean and the staff was nice.

Truly disappointed in this hotel. The room was not very clean, no coffee maker, no ice machine. The mattress needs to be replaced, it sags on both sides and has a lump down the middle.
Supposedly it was to have some kitchen items, it had a stove top, refrigerator and microwave. Not even a plastic cup for water.
The room needs attention to replace the baseboard along the wall by the bed. The bathroom needs to have the shelf fixed and the toilet paper holder put where it can be reached.
I was really disappointed because the pictures didn’t show the true story on this particular hotel. Oh! By the way, no coffee or continental breakfast either. For $80 a night, things need a huge upgrade before we would consider staying there again
