The bathroom sink didn’t drain. We called the front desk and they said someone would be up. 40 minutes later we called, and then they said no maintenance staff were on site. They never fixed it.
The bathroom had a large sticky spot of something, there was hair (a lot) in the bathtub, and also on one of the beds. It was not clean. Would definitely not recommend.

The location was convenient for getting on the freeway. It was a bit tough to get to the hotel except from the south. The neighbor hood was inconvenient, in part due to co0nstruction but few amenities around the hotel.

We were truly impressed by this property! The room was gorgeous, everything new. Bad super comfortable! Staff was going out of their way to make sure that everything was right. The location is right off the freeway, which was perfect for us traveling interstate after 8 hours of driving and needing to be back on the road in the morning again.
Truly grateful to have stayed in one of the best hotels during our entire trip from East Coast to West Coast.
