the room is Extremely small AND THE bathroom is really bad and very small shower does not work and it is 18 " x 18" .

No one helped us with early breakfast when we left st 3am. The hotel is in bad condition and the building needs renovations

Living in Squalor!!
Posted 29 Jun 2017 on HotelsWorst, most uncomfortable hotel room I have ever stayed in, decaying squalor just about sums it up, had to move rooms in the end, as aircon in my room packed up, Not one English speaking staff available for complaints.
Lift broke down on first day, still broken when I left, as for the spa, only 4 jets work out of 12 in the jacuzzi, hope you like queuing!! Absolute decrepit old building, which really should be knocked down, book at your own peril, weird thing is it's busy!!! Don't know how, would never go back, area is lovely, maybe try one of the other hotels.

Posted 23 Oct 2016 on HotelsThermal baths were over populated, dark and dirty. Check in was a nightmare as no information had arrived from hotels.com. We were tired and a 25 min check in was the last thing we wanted together with 2 rude receptionists. Only positives was the price, next morning staff were pleasant and room maid Anna was awesome.

Thermal baths amazing
Posted 1 Oct 2016 on HotelsJust an overnight stay. Nice suprise to get access to the thermal pools. Breakfast options limited. Difficulty initially accessing wifi. Amazing place to walk around and see the parks and buildings

Amazing value for money
Posted 5 Aug 2016Good sized rooms, everything was air-conditioned and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed using the pools.
Two negatives: not clear where the parking was and the staff spoke virtually no English, but we managed and I would like to come back some time.
