We booked a room advertised on hotels.com as having 4 x single beds. When we checked in we just had 2 x small double beds, which wasn’t ideal with 2 teenage children. The hotel said that they don’t offer this room configuration, so I don’t know if the problem was with hotels.com or the hotel. Pool was nice

I had high hopes for this place, but there is no way it is a 4 star. Very dated. Our shower was falling apart and the pool was clearly dirty with murky water. The food seemed low quality with watered down juice at breakfast and it is generally very overcrowded. There is also a queue for absolutely everything. Not great. I definitely would not go back.

Mixed. Don’t use the restaurant in site.

Though the TV reception was awful and they needed to fix the safe. Great pool and nice communal areas. Downsides were awful service and food in the restaurant in the evening and lack of places to eat during the day as everything was closed

“Roulette” does not work
Posted 23 Apr 2024 on HotelsBooked the roulette, no one could tell me what hotel I was assigned, which meant having to ask the taxi driver to drive around when I landed.
Hotel El Paso in the end, the corridors were noisy, they piped music in which was annoying. Wouldn’t stay here again.

not the best...
Posted 18 Dec 2023 on HotelsWe stayed in hotel Gold River. We found it to be not the best value. The room was very noisy, there is no fitness room in the hotel, the playground is closed. the walk to the park is very long, especially with small children. we didn't enjoy the room- the sink had blockage, the cleaning was only everyday after we called and asked why they didn't came.
