Came the 5th may Had my 5 year old Daughter very safe for her but the POOLS were FREEZING did not want to spend a lot of time in the pool at this time of year which is a shame cause all a child wants to do is play about in a pool Also didn’t think there was a lot going on for kiddies through the day no kinda Kids club

You get what you pay for
Posted 12 May 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was good value for the price I paid (which was extremely low) . If you don’t expect luxury it is fine.
The positive:
-It was extremely clean, which is hard for the volume of people
-The rooms are sparkling new as if they have been refurbished yesterday
- it was crazy cheap
- the location was amazing. You could reasonably walk to port Aventura , it is only 6 minutes more than their own hotel
The bad:
-the food quality in the dinner was very poor. Not that it seemed old, just greasy and mostly stews (but the price was so ridiculously low that I purchased it as a contingency if I was too tired to to go out)
-the elevators were dark, small and in bad shape , with graffiti in them
-I had to park on the street because their parking was full and it was not easy to do so
Overall I would go back but with realistic expectations

The staff of the hotel is remarkable
Mariana served us
They are fast and they all speak English
I feel it is a 5 stars hotel❤️

Beds very hard.
Always queues for dining room.
Mad rush for sunloungers
Good choice of food at breakfast and dinner.
