On a whole the hotel was decent. The rooms & bathrooms were nice.
I was not impressed by the standard of the cleaners. There was dust in the rooms that had been there for days & they used dirty mops. I had numerous amounts of others people's hair left in my shower tray and bathroom floor. In addition, they never made up the beds.
Also, the food was not the greatest. Food was under cooked on certain dishes & some food items were not fresh. The glasses, cutlery & plate cleaning could do with improving as there were a few occasions were food was still left on them after being cleaned.

Posted 21 May 2024 on HotelsWe travel quite a lot around the world. We found the the Best San Diego hotel to be one of the best All Inclusive hotels at a very reasonable price. The food was 5 star and the accommodation was excellent in every way. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Great service and clean. Food needs to be hot not warm.
Employees at this resort is excellent. I will go back next year.
