Great property, location/ poor customer service

Pros: location and the space: 2 bed, 2 bathrooms and a fully functioning kitchen with a very large terrace.
Cons: Having the beds made! I have never had to made my own bed when checking into an apartment.
Must provide hairdryer in a beach resort

Location: many restaurants, great shopping area and within 10m from Port Aventure themed partk
Very good location and spacious and comfortable apartment. Stuff very inflexible and unwilling to accommodate. The interaction with the staff was disappointing in tone and content. Real pity as the property is great.

Lovely hotel
Posted 23 Aug 2017 on EbookersGreat location for everything. Friendly people. Pity the reception wasn't in the hotel. Had problem with the WiFi. Couldn't get it sorted. We were exhausted very night walking all over the place. Lovely food. Would go again but more prepared.

Nice hotel but very hard to find
Posted 30 Oct 2016It was a lovely hotel but very difficult to find- the information given by expedia was awful and the only way to find how to get in was by a very kind local who helped, otherwise we would have been lost. This needs to have more detail in the future to help others.

Going back to Salou, but not to these apartments.
Posted 22 Jun 2015You must check in at a nearby hotel. This is indicated in description, but not knowing the area (and parking extremely limited) ended up walking several blocks in circles until I found the place.
At check in, you must leave a deposit of 300 euros for "incidentals." You are given a document listing the "not-tos," the keys, and you walk out to find the building/apartment. Oh, the form also asks that you must leave the place the way you found it...
And we found the place dusty and the floors dirty. The kitchen lacked cooking utensils (colander, for example). There were few complementary items... Such as two rough towels in each bathroom, no coffee samples, no soaps, and the dishwashing soap that was there, probably someone left behind. Bottom line, we'll go back to Salou, but not stay at Nord 14.
By the way, there were three of us, my wife, my daughter (20 months), and I.

Bel appartement dans un quartier calme et familial de la ville. Tout est neuf et propre, et tout l’électroménager nécessaire est présent.
Manque par contre d’insonorisation avec l’appartement voisin et le palier. Manque aussi un aspirateur…
