Posted 28 Aug 2018Staff do not speak English as advised on website, facilities very tired and rooms are up a number of flights of stairs with no lift. Also no bar available as described on website. Other than that a great central location.

Good location in Salon!
Posted 26 Oct 2014This hotel is a 2 star, and we expected little or no luxury. The minimal room was a bargain and was very clean. We selected this hotel because of location, parking, and wifi. The location was perfect. Hotel parking was not always available and was an extra cost. Wifi worked well as long as one was using it, but if you paused for a couple of minutes your device was kicked off requiring another log in. Those issues are all workable as the price is right, and options in the center city of Salon de Provence are few. But the issue that continued to be difficult is the person who was the manager and worked every day made no effort to communicate with us through our English or our attempts at French. Any question or request was met with shrugs and head shakes indicating no understanding. The night workers knew no more English but did try to communicate. We stayed 7 nights as there was no refund option.

1 ère escapade en scooter pour nous ! Excellent accueil de la part de la responsable de l établissement . Elle nous a même proposé d elle même de stationner notre vespa dans leur garage ! C est grâce à ce professionnalisme que votre séjour normal se transforme en conte de fée !
