Clean room, nice staff, great breakfast. Walls a bit thin, some noise at night

This hotel is beside a train track and homeless people garbage everywhere not nice I’m not impressed with this place

Hello, Steve. We apologize for your complains. You are right. This hotel is beside a train track, but there is no way to change the track. We should have told you before booking this hotel but we didn't. That is our fault. We are very sorry for that. Also, we know there are some homeless people around this hotel. We are always trying to patrol them, but, very occasionally, they come to the back side of this hotel. Whenever they come, we call the police so that they cannot come inside our hotel and prevent to contact with our valuable quests. We apologize once again.

First room was too "doggy" so we got moved . Everyone was super friendly and cheerful.

Average stay, it was what was expected. The pool was closed for maintenance the day prior to our arrival which was a huge let down for us as the kids have been trapped in the car and couldve used the pool to burn off some energy. The room was tidy and basic. Close to a few ammenities within walking distance which was a perk

Hello, Sharon. We are so sorry for the late comment and for the pool. We were fixing hot tub at that time and we will open pool and hot tub from next week. Unfortunately, we cannot control ammenities around us, but we will ask them to give my guests a better service. We are sorry again for the pool and thank you.
