Excellent location, very convenient for Salisbury Cathedral, Guildhall Market, Poultry Cross, tons of shopping, very accessible. Staff are excellent, very friendly & helpful. Great breakfast included. Hotel has a parking lot, additional cost of 7.50 GBP daily. Worth it if you have a car. About 20 minute drive to Stonehenge. Great place!

I prefer this hotel to all the others I have stayed in, in Salisbury. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, the hotel is ideally placed for shopping in Salisbury, it has its own carpark and it serves an excellent breakfast. On the downside, it can be a little noisy due to nearby traffic, there are no lifts for disabled guests, I would have preferred a feather pillow and there was no drinking water in the room. All that said I will stay there again when next in Salisbury

We chose this hotel to visit Stonehenge and ended up extending our stay because we found the town of Salisbury so interesting and charming. This hotel is walking distance to pubs, shopping, and transport to historic sites. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. It is an old property (completed in the 1800s) with a heritage designation, but the common spaces are charming and the guest rooms are updated. Definitely try the tea service in the dining room. Buffet breakfasts are very good with a nice selection. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were in room 116. The room was close to down pipes so we heard every toilet flush/sink being used. Therefore we didn’t sleep very well.

Perfectly located in the centre of Salisbury, right next to the cathedral close, short walk to the city centre, comfortable and welcoming. Had to check out early due to a positive Covid test, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would certainly visit again. Thank you.
