It was going through renovations so there was some construction. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was nice. The room was clean and spacious. Close to dining and shoping. The only thing that that could be better was the breakfast. Overall a good stay.

Breakfast wasn't bad, staff was friendly at check in. Renovations haf all of the amenities closed. Don't plan on utilizing anything like the pool, restaurant, or game room. Sketchy people in make shift lobby overnight.

This property was under a bit of construction so the layout was challenging. Any doubts I had about the hotel immediately dissipated when I met the front desk staff. He walked outside to help us find the check in desk, directed me around the construction and was beyond helpful. The rooms themselves were great. Bathroom was spotless and beds were comfortable. They also included the basics like a hair dryer, tv and wifi. Once the updates are made I imagine this place will be in such demand!

They are remodeling but the pool is open; their breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, breads, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and juice; the rooms were new looking, nicely decorated, and clean. Only con was people are smoking cigs and mj in the rooms. We had a plug-in. The front desk staff was super nice.

The gentleman at check in was very nice and friendly. I woke up in sweat because the air kept shutting off, and we had no toilet paper or towels in the room. It was ok, not terrible but not good either.

Although this hotel is under construction for upgrades, we enjoyed our stay here. The areas that were not under construction were well maintained an clean. our updated room was very nice.

Nice hotel

The hotel was comfortable, the room was beautifully redone, bathroom was very nice, furnishing were all new and good quality. The room was great. It’s a dog friendly hotel which worked out well for us, plenty of area to walk your dog. There is major renovation happening at the hotel, seems like it’s been under renovation for years with not much progress. The lobby, what should be a bar/restaurant, just all torn up. Only 1 elevator is working, so if you are on an upper floor be prepared to wait. The breakfast was very good, selection of hot and cold items. Overall, pleased, will stay there again.

Slow renovations

This is a nice hotel in a long process of refurbishing. We never had hot water in the shower, there was no working ice machines, and there was no breakfast buffet (snack sacks instead). This hotel is in a nice walking distance location to downtown Salisbury. We keep staying here. and the hotel gradually getting better.
