No es un hotel, es un hostal que además tiene zonas de alquiler por "horas" - muy desagradable. La habitación muy limitada, un aire acondicionado antiquísimo y ruidoso, sólo una Canal de TV; en realidad es un hostal de paso, pero lo más desagradable fue darnos cuenta que tienen habitaciones que las alquilan por horas. La ubicación en una zona de comercio menor, lejos de la playa; no es lo más adecuado si se busca un lugar de esparcimiento.

The staff were helpful when you needed there help. Food was good. Parking was safe. Thank you for a good stay.

My room was not what I reserved

I reserved a double room and was given a single. I had to move to a another hotel.

The only real frustrating experience I had was the language barrier when I tired to explain that I was unable to connect to the internet because, for some reason, the room I was booked into had no reception. They finally switched me and it all worked out.

Pros: had a pool and free breakfast... Plus very clean...
Cons: least... Nothing... Exceptional place...
Location: one block from the beach... right in the middle of town... Easy Access... especially for a tourist...
Great Location... 1 Block away from the beach.... Easy access... Very clean and free breakfast... We stayed at the MarVento # 2. I would stay here once again...

Not so good.

Pros: The desk clerk spoke some English and was helpful in many ways.
Cons: No towels and 60 steps up.
60 steps to room. No elevator. No curtains for kitchen. No china or cutlery. one towel one bath mat per night. No .wash clothesé Rooms not swept clean. Did not know that breakfast was included until last day However the front desk was helpful in getting us a taxi to travel back to Guayaquil. Salinas on the whole is very unsafe to walk in. Sidewalks are rough with many holes and uncovered or partially covered manholes.
