Will not stay here again

It was outdated, had a stale smell in the place, the tv was old and had to use 2 remotes to get it to work, the phone in the room didnt work and they showed no interest to fix it, the pool didnt work, there was coffee but no breakfast, would not stay again.

Sorry you were unhappy with your stay. We are an older hotel and are up for sale. Hopefully we will be sold soon and things will get better. Sorry they did not get your phone fixed. I will look into whom that was. We do not advertise a pool, so that should not have mattered. The breakfast is adequate for the price paid and there was more than just coffee. Please come back again once we are renovated

The rooms were not quiet and the first night we had to listen to noises made by the plumbing. The "breakfast" was very disappointing.

Sorry you were wakened by the plumbing. Had you said something to the Front Desk they would have moved you. The breakfast is adequate for the price you pay. Please come back and see us again soon.

Very dated and run down. Beds were worn out and would sink in the middle.

The place was run down and the bathroom was disgusting. Felt like i needed to check for bedbugs. Didnt stay.

Gross! Moldy smell in the entire building. The pool is permanently closed. Both the restaurant and the bar are closed. Looks like something out of a zombie movie, there are no people here and is creepy.

Got a great nights sleep for a great price!. Breakfast was good. A huge place to see. I overall enjoyed here and will book again in the future

Disappointed

There was a horrible smell (maybe old gas?)that permeated the lobby and our room. I dont mind if rooms are older, but the air and fabrics should maintain a fresh smell, if properly cleaned, no matter what age the facility is. A good cleaning and a change of air filters. We wouldn't book again. Had to launder our clean clothes to get the smell out.
