It was a great spot, right on the beach, perfect for long walks in nature and loved the pool area. There isn’t seem to be many people around and the restaurant was closed which we don’t know about, but as we are on a road trip, we had food with us. We booked the only room left and it was spacious, good for 1 night.,

The staff was very nice, and helpful. The food was delicious. I had the chicken s.othered in mole sauce. The room was exceptionally clean.

We stayed for two days and it was lovely. Very quiet and peacefull. Hector was a sweetheart as was the rest of the staff.

Posted 20 Jan 2022 on HotelsIt was the worst welcome I ever experienced. The host was annoyed to have to show us the room.
Work was in progress in the hotel as we arrived. ( picture from hotels.com versus reality..)
Toilet smell in the room. Empty beers around the pool. other things but you get the idea..
We left the hotel 10 minutes after arriving.

We are prepping for Prime Season in March. Guest apparently couldn't understand that and embrace the on the Beach feel. With all the elements of being on the ocean, their is constant preventive maintenance needed to keep the property in showcase condition. Run Away and find another spot on the beach in any direction 50 miles from the resort. - As you will not! This is our off season and little things like shown above apparently make certain people feel offended. . They drove two hours north to meet friends , thus had to make up an excuse to bag on the property and loose their deposit. To bad!

Guest never stayed or contacted Resort , thus a bogus review and fake news by most likely a jealous competitor- all fake news .

Cerraron el hotel por órdenes del Municipio de Salina Cruz y nunca nos avisó el hotel ni EXPEDIA que fue donde reservé. Mis clientes llegaron al hotel y se tuvieron que trasladar a Tehuantepec. Por favor pónganse en contacto conmigo para tramitar el reembolso. Gracias!

Order from Salina Cruz Municipio was issued within hours of guest arriving. Guest was never charged and we advised the guest upon arriving we could not receive the reservation due to local closure due to COVID. The third party assumed we charged the guest when in fact we did not . Thus this is a bogus claim and fake news on the part of mecainter.com.
