I’ve worked all over the UK for 15 years and I’ve had quite a few experiences and roughed it here and there. I have never ever ever been to a place like this. Disgusting. Should be closed down immediately.

That wasn't a room to live. Looks like a dirty warehouse. The bathroom extremely dirty, as well as the floor and the walls, full of dust and no heating and hot water.

Filfthy! I didnt expect much for £45 on a utd match day but this place is stinking, cold and the staff are horrible. Our room wouldnt lock they acted as if it were my fault then she said she would fix it when we were out for the match. When we came back our door was wide open al.

No toilet roll or towels until requested. Bed had been changed but no other cleaning service done- dirty coffee cup, bin not emptied, gap between toilet and shower cubicle was barely negotiable (and I’m quite small), alarms went off throughout the night… anyone who left a door ajar when checking out set an alarm clock type alarm sounding. Corridor smelt. I’m still waiting for £10 deposit refund. Bare cables protruding from wall. On the plus side..Kebab shop next door was good and room was cheap.

The shower didn't work. There was no hot water. There was water on the bathroom floor, which had spread to the bedroom carpet. The bar floor had unmopped beer.

Can honestly say I’ve never stayed in a hotel quite this bad, and I’ve stayed in some right horrible ones. Yea this is reflected in the price however filthy rooms, stains on walls and floors - loose wiring was repulsive and dangerous and should be closed as a health hazard - I’m really not over exaggerating when I say that

Stay away! Health hazard! Strong smell of weed, dirty and sticky carpets and walls, mould in the bathroom and stains of what it appears to be faeces on the wall next to the sink. If i wouldn't have travelled with my young daughter and if it wouldn't have been past midnight and so away from centre, we would have refused the stay. As it was ive paid nearly £100 for a s* h .i have stayed in many hotels in my life but someone should either close this down or at least stop them trading and at such prices before they get someone poorly. Shame on the managers!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in by far Issues 1. Rooms don’t lock 2. Everyone’s key card can unlock every door and no safe so belongs are not secure resulting in us putting our stuff in our car when not in the room. 3. Rooms not cleaned and staff confirmed this when questioned. 4. Snot with blood on the mirror 5. Poo like stains on the wall 6. Damp on the ceiling coming half way down the wall creating a foul smell. 7. Dirty stains on Sofa bed 8. Shower did not work 9. Tv broke and off the wall mount 10. Lights broken

This place was very very cheap so I guess i didn’t expect much. However , the room was not clean , bathroom bin not emptied and whole place extremely tired , looks like it’s not been hoovered for months. The door did not lock from outside so I had to wedge the desk against the door to feel safe.

I would not recommend this property. The rooms are dirty and facilities are poor. Our room was unclean, with dirty floors and dirty bedding. There was a slug in the shower and our shower was broken. Terrible stay

Not what it says on the website. Avoid, toilet wasn’t attached to the ground, water ran brown, curtain rail was on floor; obviously was not professionally cleaned, tea coffee was not replaced, no bags in bins, makeup marks on sheets. If there was someone to complain to, I’d get this place closed.

Worse hotel I ever seen. The room was so filthy & dirty, when I did open the water tap in the bathroom the water was yellow colour, couldn’t have shower it wash my hand . had to go to shop to buy drinking water to wash my face & brush my teeth, When I pushed my child bed next to my bed I found so much rubbish under, Area not safe at all, Too much noise and hearing drunk & druggy people arguing or shouting outside till very late, Not recommending at all and I want them to refund my money.

First room the light didnt work in the bathroom, second room the lock didnt work on the door, so i had to bareicade it. Someone came knocking on the door asking for the key?! Teenagers sucking on balloons and banging on the door during the early hours. No staff when we left, didnt know what to do with the key so just left it on the desk. Overall felt unsafe and i couldnt sleep.

Very unclean, checkin took about an hour a the rooms had not been cleaned and personal items had been left in the room. Fire alarm went off at 11:30pm. Several guests shouting outside till 1/2am, one of which turned out to be the house keeper. Don't put yourself through it!!
