Great design of room, excellence size and adequately furnished. Second room also had kitchen area. One room had issue with heating but staff quickly resolved with portable heaters.

For the price (less than 100 inc parking) it’s fine. One night isn’t a problem. My room was large but there is quite bit of noise from the road outside, hallways etc. it was clean but shabby. Bathroom especially had missing grout and mouldy sealant. As other have said, the bath is leather to get in out to use the shower. The room was warm, I’d image it would get very hot in summer as you wouldn’t want to open the window. Overall, the place is just weird. Like it was designed by someone who had never designed a hotel before. Or been to a hotel before. Plugs, lights, wardrobe all in the wrong places. No soundproofing. No aircon. Uneven floor and step up into the bathroom. Ridiculous bath size. Tiny double bed. But for a cheap night for one, it was fine.

A great hotel within walking distance of the city centre, friendly, helpful staff on reception, we had a lovely big room, it is showing slight signs of wear and tear but it didn't spoil our stay. We would stop here again without doubt. All the staff should be commended for their hard work.

The payment for the room should have gone out back in October but hadn’t so had to pay on arrival which was frustrating. The staff were friendly can’t complain about customer service. There was a drain smell in the room when we entered and the layout of the room was very odd. Strong drainage smell from bathroom which came in to room as there is no door on the bathroom. Grout was also dirty in bathroom. The tv was far too far away from the bed and the window is very thin, can hear everything outside. Bed was small but slept ok.

The room was ok but definitely not deluxe as advertised. A bit rough around the edges, the bath/ shower was quite dangerous getting in and out and the mattress was lumpy. Also disappointed that on booking there was no mention of £14.50 a day parking.
