Everthing was perfect for our stay. At check in the staff were quick & helpful.The location tranport links & shopping were excellent. Although not a unsurmountable problem. I would have preferred the shower door not to be totally clear, it made privacy difficult.

The size of toilet is a little bit smaller than expected, however the shower water was hot enough so was the pressure. But the shower was too small for us to change the clothes inside. The location and the price is great for temporary stay. The bed was large enough to fit us. The view was also nice! We even got to see the tram everyday! It was also close to the Metrolink Stop. Might consider coming back again soon. We were close to shops, foods, and so much more, it was really convenient.

Good for the price, basic but clean and safe. Shame about the cost of parking (£12) but to be expected in a budget hotel.

For a budget hotel it was comfortable and clean, with helpful staff, and offered all the basics. Continental breakfast nice. We were able to bring in food and wine to the dining area in the evening, very welcome on a rainy night.

A good budget hotel, you don't get anything like a kettle, hairdryer included in the room, but they are available to ask for at the reception with a deposit of £10. Room was clean, friendly staff.
Only reason for 4 star rating was because the bathroom in the room was really weird. The toilet is in its own room, but the sink was out in the open facing the bed, and the shower was on its own too (with a shower door obviously), it was basically stepping out into the bedroom where the sink was. It was fine as it was just me and my boyfriend, but it would've been nice for the toilet, shower and sink to be in a completely separate area with a door for some privacy.
