I never stayed here, we were informed while we were still on the train that the Hotel has collapsed which ruined our plans. As an owner, you should be maintaining your place to ensure things like these don’t happen as it shows your disregard for other people’s life so no I don’t feel bad. I still haven’t received my refund that I was informed will be refunded 72 hours later.

For people reading this review.. the person who wrote this review wants a refund because she didn't show up for check in. the only evil thing she can do is write a negative review. luckily we stand out with the other positive reviews.

Extremely loud location - could not sleep
Posted 29 Jun 2024 on HotelsThe gentleman at the desk was kind and helpful but the room was so loud I did not sleep the entire night. The streets are loud and it sounded like there were people dragging chains down the street every ten minutes - it was a very disturbing noise. The energy in there is also very strange. It is a cold and very clinical place with the absolute bare minimum: basic bed, thin towels and a bar of soap and a sachet of shampoo. The shower head is directly over the head so you can’t really shower without getting your entire head wet. I could understand this being a €20 a night 2 star motel but absolutely not a hotel running at over €100 a night. Don’t stay here if you need a good night’s sleep and want to feel comfortable.

we report this booking as the customer has never stayed at our facility. Review made with extreme malice and which does not reflect the truth, seeing the many positive reviews that have arrived. Let's hope Hotels.com fixes this problem

Great location and very nice room. Breakfast much better than you normally get in Italy. High recommend

It will sound a bit weird, but the small rack on the balcony where we can dry some clothes. Very convenient. Great idea.

Ideal BnB in Salerno
Posted 6 Oct 2019 on HotelsClean, convenient to the train station, shopping and the historic district. Very nice breakfast, included. The hosts were very helpful with our stay and with suggesting activities. Salerno is a perfect location for exploring Amalfi.

Nice stay!
Posted 7 Sep 2019 on HotelsThe brothers are super nice!! Salerno is very good base camp to travel around the Amalfi coast. You can reach by a ferry in 30-45 mins and the terminal/train station is very close to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants. To Napoli by train, only 45 mins.
