Water temperature was Luke warm. No hot water at bedtime and no hot water in the morning to take a shower or bath.

The hotel was fine; old and a little dingy but fine. The biggest problem was the AC. First, it wouldn't work unless your single room key was slotted into a power activator, so it won't run when you're out of the room. Secondly, it turned off after about 5 minutes of running, regardless of temperature. I was waking up almost every 45 minutes at night to turn it back on because of how warm it was getting in the room. We stayed in October,,, i can't imagine in summer. Also, after spending all day out, returning to a room that is so warm your hair gel and lotions are separating is unacceptable.

This is a 5 star hotel? i would not rate this even a 2. It was dirty, basic, the staff terrible. Read reviews before booking this hotel.

We are sorry to read this comment after we did everything we could to make your stay better, we even made 2 free upgrades in sea view rooms for 8 nights. Nevertheless you and your frieds didn't pay some extras for more of 100,00 euros.

Good choice for the travelers for Amalfi and Positano. 4-5minutes walk to ferry and train station. Friendly staff. Big room and washrooms.the bed is comfortable.

This is not a bad hotel- room was big- we had a balcony- breakfast was actually really good- however--the hotel really does need some updating- paint peeling on doors etc-- and general staff attitude seemed quite a bit less than happy- i would stay here again- rates were reasonable

It was in a good location, but the hotel and rooms were rather sterile - halls had a hospital feel. Bed was very firm, but we did sleep good.
