Clean and safe with gated parking. Keyless entry. Well maintained. Problems with streaming tv. We had no facecloths and one hand towel for a two bedroom unit. They did eventually (2nd day) correct these. I always got prompt replies.

Accommodations were a bit dirty especially the walls and the coffee maker was disgusting.
You can hear EVERYTHING next door or above you so don’t plan on getting a good nights sleep. Cheaper so we went with it but wasn’t worth the savings.

Great cozy place to meet up with family to enjoy the downtown area of Nashville. Great price as well.

The place was super clean and cute decor!
Great location. Close to downtown.
Floors were soooooo thin!!!
We got woke up several times by people walking above us.

Felt like a college apartment

Of booking fees through hotels.com, it was cost effective compared to the downtown hotels. On another note, the maintenance of the facility was average. It was very college apartment grade maintenance. Updated furniture and amenities were great. The flooring was very cracked and creaking loudly (poor installation). The parking Accommodations did not allow us to park within the gated area consistently. On the bright side, it is located directly across a large field and walking area great for jogging, recreational usage.

Bedding was obviously not changed. Stained and hair on bedding so unfortunately when I got their late check in mind you and tired from a 12 hr drive I had to take all the bedding and wash it and have my kids sleep with their travel throw blankets for the first night. But other than the cleanliness of the place all and all it was a nice property/safe atmosphere. Which is always top priority being a single mom. I would definitely stay there again.

The place itself was good, but communications about the large deposit and process about what was needed to gain access was lacking....I was already charged and the money withdrawn and still spent 5 hours back and forth with the property managers just trying to get a door access code....and the payments weren't properly undated.
