Front desk clerk, Carolina, was amazing and very very accommodating! Pets are allowed and some were a bit noisy in the night. Especially if you were in room 135 where my sister was staying. Breakfast bar was waffles, bagels, English muffins, juices, coffee, bananas, apples and I think that's it. We brought our own instant oatmeal, nuts and berries, so we had what we needed.

When we first checked in, it reeked of weed, and they gave us a room that was occupied. Then we we finally got our real room, the whole placed smelled of weed horribly. Our bathroom outlet didnt work so we couldnt use the hair dryer, the shower head was 5'5" tall...we are not that short...then we asked for extra pillows and blankets. They couldnt give us pillows, just a blanket after waiting 15 mins (11:15PM) I complained to the front staff and all they did was waive the late checkout fee. The mattresses were harder than bricks and it was honestly one of the worst stays we have ever experienced in a hotel. I wasnt expecting a lot, but certainly not that.

This hotel is a typical lower-end budget hotel experience. Positives: Let us check in very early, clean hallways, continental breakfast, key locked external doors, large rooms, comfortable, clean beds, good wifi, quiet and working a/c & heat. Quiet hotel. Cons: Carpet was disgusting, like very gross, and is the reason I would not stay again. All touchpoints in the room and breakfast room--remote controls, doors, lamps/switches, cabinetry, coffee containers, handles, were grubby. Bathrooms floor corners and baseboards grimy. Show not functioning properly and TV fuzzy. The room, apart from the bed just felt/looked grimy and after 2 nights I was glad to leave that carpet behind. OK for a night, maybe two, if you get a much better deal here than others. But next time I'll stay somewhere else and pay a bit more, just due to the grime around the room.
