Paid for the two nights and had to change the room cause there was dog poop outside the door entrance.
Also the pool was down ..

Pool was closed by health department. Front staff not very helpful (because of booking through Expedia). Would not allow late checkout (IHG booking only)

Not overly impressed with the room itself - shower for needed a good scrubbing (looked like water stain buildup), annoyed that only one soap was provided so had to remember to grab it to go between shower and sink, very noisy room (road noise). We've stayed at this hotel a number of times and know this to not be the usual. The staff are AWESOME and very WELCOMING!

The workout room and pool looked ok, but didn't use. The sheets were old so at times you just need to get rid of them you know. A damp cold feeling in the room. There was crumbs around the bed in the room did not look like you had been vacuumed.

We have been to this hotel before while attending tournaments in the area. It is always well maintained and we are greeted and served by a friendly staff.
