Wonderful Stay
Posted 2 May 2022 on HotelsThere was nothing to dislike here. Everything was perfect. We decided we needed to walk so we went about a block where my husband’s favorite, sheinsoxen, was on the menu. This hotel is on the wine route in the Alsace region. A beautiful part of France that I would highly recommend giving it a day to visit the beautiful villages. The countryside is lovely too.

We arrived at 2:30 pm and no one was there. We came back once the attached restaurant opened at 6 pm to get our room. It was far from the Bodensee but a nice place to stay.

Pros: Location - close to Salem
Location: Salem and Uberlingen is nearby.
Great service and staff. Really a good example of hospitality

Dinner time chat
Posted 5 Jul 2016 on HotelsMany thanks to the staff and mostly the chef. My wife and I were staying at the hotel and were quite intimidated to the fact that we spoke no German. During the dinner time meal, the Chef was the staff member that was taking care of us because of our limited (none) communication skills. He took the time to talk and get to know what we were interested in as well as where we were from. He showed us different attractions for sight seeing, even those little known about accept to the locals. Many thanks for helping to make the stay more relaxing.
