The layout of the unit was good and it was clean enough EXCEPT - the unit I was assigned smelled AWFUL and that took away a lot from the experience. I'm not sure if smokers had previously stayed there but it ended up that kept most of my possessions in my car overnight and I had to put any clothes I had in the unit in a garage back and wash them immediately when I got home. I stayed just one night (so I'm likely not the target market for this place) and it was over the weekend so no one was working - I got my key from a lockbox. I will admit, I didn't reach out about the smell because it was rather late when I really settled into the unit.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. All of our rooms are nonsmoking rooms. We do, however, put air fresheners in all of our rooms. My apologies that you did not have a great experience.

We were in town for a wedding and reserved a room. It was clean and was just like the pictures and the description. The establishment and stairways was very well lighted for safety. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Beverly H

We booked for a Friday night. We called to let them know we would be coming after 7pm. They let us know the key would be in the lock box and what to do. We had no problems at all and the place was really clean. The little extras were nice too! We stopped while traveling and we will use this location again!

Nice place

Nice place. Clean. Comfortable. The TV would not stay off! I had to unplug it to keep it off. Check out procedures are more than most hotels. Even other long term stays but nothing hard to do. The office hours make it difficult to communicate with the facility but fortunately I had no major issues. I would stay here again.

When I booked this room for a night and it was only 81.00 I was concerned on what I’d be staying in. Well I can say that I’d definitely would stay hear again. The room was so clean! It was so roomy. I can tell that this place is well taken care off. There’s nothing that I didn’t like about this place. It was close to the venue where I needed to go too. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Excellent stay

Pretty good for the price, spacious, very clean,everything worked perfectly and the bed was very comfy. Have to add the office personnel were amazing, very nice people. I had some slighly noisy neighbors fighting the first night but thats not the hotel's fault. I will definitely consider this place during another stay in the Salem area.
