Dorm like apartments would be great for mid to long stay. We just stopped one night and I wished we had more time. Excellent location in immaculate clean old town. Very walkable area. Super nice reception desk. Lots of restaurants and shops one block over. Was able to park our car in garage under building.

Great location, easily walkable to everything. Parking is tight but that's not uncommon to European garages. Check out was at 11 but we had our car rental til 6 when family was coming to pick us up, and they extended the time we could use their parking after checkout which was appreciated. Left something in the room and they ran to meet us while we were driving away. No complaints. Would stay again.

My second time staying here. Love the location and how quiet it is. Clean and spacious and excellent location. Highly recommend.

Excellent value! You get a whole studio apartment with AC with everything nearby! Check in and check out were easy and the staff was courteous.

Outstanding value. Very convenient to the Palacio de Congresos where I was participating in an event, but a fine choice for any visit to Salamanca. Would definitely stay here again.

Posted 8 Mar 2023 on HotelsThe apartments are well located and clean . They have no heating at certain times because it is controlled by central heating and the rooms are freezing. The window shutters don’t open so you have no natural light . No kettle, no plug for the sink and the underground parking is diabolical and almost impossible for a larger vehicle . Overall average

Good afternoon, the building has central heating, it does not have 24-hour heating, but it is hot in it because at the same time that you were there, other clients have complained of heat and the heating is the same for everyone. Regarding the blinds, they all go up, another thing is that you did not know but they did not say anything at the reception and we could have helped you. The issue of parking, you were given a very large space for the car that you brought, because from the same reception, seeing that you did not know how to maneuver very correctly, they have come down to offer you another more comfortable space. On behalf of the apartments we did everything possible so that you were well, we are sorry that some things have not been to your liking. Thank you.
