"I was not a big fan of this place. Not super clean in some part of the room. Terrible AC placement. They only have one laundry machine and it's hidden in the onsen section forcing you to walk shoeless on a semi- wet floor."
"Friendly Stuff. Daily room service. Nice room size, storage bar for the luggage. No USB connectors, but enough power connectors on the wall by the desk.

"We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a little dated, but the facilities are well maintained, the breakfast buffet is full of tasty local delicacies, the staff was amazing and the location is very convenient. I will stay here again. "
"Great location. Older style hotel and our initial room was very poor and we were moved to an excellent room because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one. The second room had excellent beds, aircon and space. The staff service was impeccable, particularly Miss Watanabe as she helped us with many things like booking restaurants and finding a good Onsen. "Good hotel room for the price. The lobby is on the 4th floor so it was a little difficult to find at first. I was able to check my luggage before the check-in time. The breakfast was quite crowded but they let us take the food up to our rooms so it was fine. It was a decent sized room right next to the station. There are lots of food options nearby as well."
"Absolutely wonderful experience inside the hotel. Very new and clean rooms with excellent views. Terrific breakfast. The hotel’s only small downside is that it is slightly isolated - very convenient to the convention center next door, but not much else. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Niigata. "
"Location is mint for this hotel. Between the regulator rail service, to the bullet trains, to the area buses, any the coach buses, you have every availability for transportation at your door step.
The check in/ out counter staff are very helpful, polite, patient, and understanding. "
