"Very comfortable good sized, well appointed room in an upmarket hotel. Comfortable arm chairs, view across the city and full sized bath. We stayed for 3 nights using it as a base for the surrounding area. Free parking right at the hotel. Central place to stay - we had a car and only a few minutes to restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc. Didn't eat at the hotel - bought food from the nearby Aeon Mart or nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay again if in this city."

"Peaceful, remote onsen amongst beautiful forests covered with the colors of fall. We had a wonderful experience here. Staff service was great and very friendly. Although the concierge and head waiter don't speak English, they were quick to seek the help of 2 colleagues who could communicate with us in English (the chef and waitress).
