"It was amazing for families but you have to remember you are not at a hotel kind of hotel. If you expect hotel services 24/7, this is not for you. But if you love space and cook your own meal and easy going, this is the best. We love the location! A little bit away from shops but still close enough! "It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. I think the responsibility of keeping the key safe shows that my belongings are safe, no matter how long they sit in my room ☆ I also recommend speaking to the manager if you see him...

"Good place to stay with a convenient location! Did not spend much time in the room, mostly just here to sleep and clean up. I liked the lofted bed set up, as that left plenty of floor space to open up my luggage. Beware there is no elevator, only a set of very steep and narrow stairs, so large luggage is difficult to carry up. Overall, would stay here again!"
