"The staff were excellent and friendly. We were greeted with an English speaking agent on arrival and he provided us wet towels to refresh and brought all our luggage to our rooms. They have a free shuttle that picks you up and drops off to Takadanababa station every 30 minutes. We preferred to walk 10 minutes to Waseda station which is next to a big grocery store. There is a huge garden attached to the property that is very quiet. We enjoyed a beautiful high tea at the garden cafe onsite. We also had a really delicious meal at the Chinese restaurant onsite. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. Must try the bakery across the street!"
