Very modern and clean. Great location right next to Uwara train station in Saitama. Nice welcome for non Japanese speakers like us. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Supermarket, cafes.

Personal muy amable, lugar limpio y cómodo. Lo único que puede tener de negativo es que al encontrarse en Saitama el costo de tren hacia Tokyo es mayor. Sin embargo como hotel, uno de los buenos en los que he estado.

Very clean and comfortable. I was concerned about the train being right there. My room looked right down on it and it was not a factor at all. Very quiet room and comfortable for a short stay.

The room was very clean and was super nice there were a few varieties of amenities options we could choose by the front desk.

Clean room, very convenient as the hotel is next to Urawa station but not as expensive as the other hotels in the area. Recommended.

3 single beds instead of 2 doubles
Posted 22 Apr 2019 on HotelsUnfortunately booked a stay for 4 people and the room only has enough room for 3 single beds. Was not clear when booking, and 1 had to sleep on the floor
