The room had stinky smell that smelled like maybe the toilet was not sealed properly. Also there was a sign that said not to put toilet paper in the toilet, so I I think the toilet was the culprit. Welcome to the third world.

I recommend this Hotel the room are so clean and the most important that all staff even the housekeeping is very hospitality. The room lock feel me that you are very safe...

One of the worst I’ve ever stayed at.Saipan Galler

There was dirt on the walls and the bed was hard as a rock,. The shower had a strong smell of sewage coming up from the drain .The bathroom sink leaked all over when you turned it on.Television has five channels, to Chinese, one green, one Japanese and one English. And all of these are simply taped on a 2 Hour Loop . One of the worst I’ve ever stayed at.

Safety is an issue

Cons: Hotel staff needs to wear a uniform.
I'm one for hotel on a budget but this hotel did not live up to that. The air conditioning smelled like mold, used slippers, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for guests, and you aren't supposed to flush toilet paper down the toilet. But above all, I worried about my safety. The day I checked in, a man was sitting in the lobby. When I got my key and opened the elevator, he ran up the stairs. Worried about my safety, I waited downstairs for him to come back down, which was about ten minutes later. I took a picture of him and was told he's hotel maintenance. Two days later around midnight, my husband was standing near our hotel door and someone tried to open it from the outside. When he opened the door, it was that same man. When I checked out, I told the front desk attendant about my experience and suggested they wear uniforms or at least a pin that shows they are hotel staff but under no circumstances should they attempt to open a door so late at night when they know the guests are in the room. If safety is a concern when you travel, do not stay here.

Hotel needs an upgrade

Challenging. Bed is hard, parking space is very limited, no balcony, staff wasn't has much help. Cable tv was only in Asian languages

The front Desk Clerk Evelyn who works on the grave yard shift was very helpful and tried her best to accommodate our stay. She went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. The other staff was okay.
