Tranquil break
Posted 26 Sep 2023 on HotelsA peaceful setting with a lovely pond and wildlife. Very friendly people. We chose to be out of town, not an issue if you are happy to drive everywhere. Breakfast became tedious after 5 nights but appreciate most people stay for a shorter time. The real downside is having no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, you had to go over to reception if you wanted a hot drink, so bring all your own stuff - there is a fridge in the room.

The quiet sheltered courtyard was lovely. The room was small but nice, and the beds were comfortable.

Relaxing Place to stay
Posted 1 Oct 2015 on HotelsGood choice for a relaxing place to stopover in the Camargue in fine weather. Breakfast extra but worth it. Courtyard, pool and scenic setting helped make for an enjoyable stay.

Well situated hotel for exploring the Camargue
Posted 6 Jul 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, ample-sized and well appointed rooms, good ambience.
Cons: N/a
Location: Plenty to do in this area if you like to watch birds, fish, horse riding or simply relaxing. We hired a cycle and took a boat trip
We stayed four nights at Hotel la Rizieres during a hot period in July. The accommodation was to a good standard and rooms were well presented with care and thought. The large pool area was great as a place to retreat to in the late afternoon to swim and to read under the parasols. We had a plentiful breakfast provided and used this visit to tour the Camargue and also to visit Arles for the huge Saturday market.

Good location and a good value
Posted 13 Sep 2014 on HotelsReceptionist didn't speak a word of english, but was super nice and helpful. The room was "rustic" i guess and the bed not that comfortable, but most of the beds on our road rip weren't good. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good and i would stay their again. Nice place to visit and you should also go to aiges-mortes nearby

Lovely grounds

Pros: Swimming pool
Location: Bird park. Not near to beach resort without car.
Room reserved was double - proved no difficulty for staff to turn this into a different room with more beds.
