Pure luxury.
Posted 26 Jun 2024 on HotelsThis was hands-down the most luxurious and well run hotel I have ever stayed in. Only 12 rooms. The building was exquisite and incredibly decorated. The outside space was hidden from public view noise. Non-hotel guest were not allowed into or onto the property until after 7 PM. The pool included beautiful lounge, chairs and canopied lounge beds. The outside bar was beautiful. The cocktails were well-made and the wine list was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night , and it was the best meal we had in Saint Trope. All Staff members were professional and friendly and I was pampered like I have never been. Each day gifts were left in my room. Canvas bags, luggage tags, room freshener,. The bathroom was huge. The toilet was in the foyer away from the bedroom and showering area. The bathtub was large enough for three people, and there were even bath salts on the side of the tub. There were two very large closets. The mini bar was incredibly well stocked and was included in the room. The breakfast was unbelievable. Freshly squeezed juices and a basket of to die for bread and pastries. Any type of coffee, including alternative milks, which were important to me.
I worked with the assistant manager Fanny to arrange a day on a catamaran that was exquisite. She also arranged a wine tasting at a nearby winery. This included a private picnic in the vines. I can’t say enough and want to go back immediately.

Before I start my review I would like to mention that we stayed in one of the best hotels across the world . Myself my husband and my daughter we think that our stay at Pan Dei Palais in St Tropez was THE BEST hotel in the world we ever stayed!!!!
Location - absolutely fantastic in the heart of St Tropez- walking distance to everywhere .
Staff- the nicest people we ever met: extremly kind and polite but not overwhelming;
We all adored them!!!!
Clean less-outstanding!!! Room service - 6 stars plus!!!!!
The car service to the amazing beach restaurant was luxurious!
The beach area & food at the beach restaurant & service provided - FIRST class!!!! And gorgeous beach of course!!!
Our room was very comfy and gorgeous! Breakfast exquisite !!!!!!
Pool area - gorgeous!
We felt more like at home than at the hotel!!
Certainly we are already planning to come back in October for longer.
If we need to criticise anything is would be our dinner at the hotel . We were expecting Indian style curries but it wasn’t Indian. Food which should have been specified in the menu. It wasn’t our cup of tea.
A part of that it is 10 out of 10 hotel or even more!!!

BabyMoon Dreams in St. Tropez!
Posted 22 Apr 2024 on HotelsI was completely STUNNED with our stay @ Pan Dei Palais. From the moment we arrived until the moment we pulled away, the hotel made us feel welcome and special. We stayed on our Baby Moon and were gifted many special items from the hotel. The staff knew us by name and went out of their way to make us feel like we were all good friends. It was also a pleasant surprise to receive a delicious complimentary b'fast each morning, parking, and an AMAZING cake in our room that I will never forget. The room and building itself is historic, beautiful and sparkling clean with state of the art amenities. Heated floors, automatic lights, convenient plugs, dyson blow dryer, the list goes on and on. Finally, upon our departure the staff gifted us with special stickers, a box of Laudure Macaroons and went across the street and waited for us to drive away and waved. It was an experience like no other and I can't wait to return! Thank you!
