The owner and his wife were very kind and attentive. We arrived late and the husband (and their very friendly dog) was there to meet us. He helped carry our bags, showed us around our rooms (we had 2 of them) and then brought us a tray of wine and snacks. He then asked what time we wanted breakfast the next morning. We thought this was odd as most hotels tell you what time breakfast is. Nonetheless, we wanted to head out early the next morning so we told him we’d like to eat at 7am. When we woke up the next morning and came down for breakfast. The wife had laid out a beautiful spread complete fresh baked cakes, jams, meat, cheese, coffee, hot cocoa, fruit, bread and she even made us friend eggs to order. Our experience was wonderful, check out was easy, everything was clean and comfortable. This place was definitely a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
