I had to switch rooms 3 times. Room 1, TV and phone would not work. Room 2, Bed Bugs. Had one crawl on me, and that when I flipped the mattress, found more. Room 3, TV and phone would not work. Room 4, was the better out of the 4; however, I had to fix the TV several times.
Had to walk to guest services every time I needed assistance because the in-room phones did not work. Also, had to get the keys re-keyed throughout my stay because they would disconnect from the room.
The breakfast was horrible. Food was either rancid or stale. Every room looked like it had not been cleaned in months.
The did not comp anything. I’m was pissed off to say the least.

T.V. DIDN'T WORK IN FIRST ROOM THEN THE NEXT ROOM DIDN'T LOOK LIKE IT HAS BEEN CLEANED ON THE LOUNGE CHAIR AND OVER THE A/C UNIT LOOK LIKE THE SHEET ROCK WAS COMING OFF THE WALL. FOR THE PRICE OF 175.00 I WASN'T SATISFIED.

Terrible service, unclean rooms, rooms were not vacuumed, we changed rooms two times to find a room where it was suitable to stay the night. Overall a very dingy and unmaintained facility. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
