Posted 11 Feb 2024 on HotelsI emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another guest did. There is no elevator, so I had to carry my bags up many stairs. The room was huge and the bed comfortable, with good water pressure and a functional rainfall shower head. The jacuzzi in the room made it very humid, even when off and covered, which is bad for electronics that have been in the cold air all day. Housekeeping never came to the room any of the days. The hotel has a policy of no outside food and drink to force you to eat at their restaurant, or you can drive 20 minutes to the nearest town. Convenient location west of Gap for WRC rally stages, but otherwise inconvenient for everything else. I won’t stay there again.

A very warm welcome, though helpful to speak French.
Do select the evening meal-this was delicious on the 2 nights we stayed (and it’s a drive to eat anywhere else)
Fascinating tour of the original water bottling facility on site and tasting of their naturally sparkling water.
We will return!

Ensemble correct . Le Spa privatif est vraiment un plus pour en profiter à n'importe quel moment.
Dommage que l'eau de la piscine soit froide car le lieux mérite d'en profiter .

Posted 8 Nov 2023 on Hotelsséjour comme annoncé, rien à dire sur la chambre, c'était la chambre style romantique (petit bémol) serait sur le lit , tu t'attends à avoir un lit a baldaquin, grande chambre et le bain à remous propre et grand.
Accueil au top !
Repas et petit déjeuné convenable.
