Great to have such a central location and parking too! The bar was good and staff friendly. Would have liked AC but the room had a fan so that helped.

Standard Ibis offering. Good breakfast selection. Location very near centre, everything walkable.

Awful stay
Posted 20 May 2024 on HotelsI’ve stopped at the hotel many times but it appears that the staff are more concerned in attracting passing customers rather than dealing with the customers of the hotel. When making requests of the staff they were extremely rude and appeared more happy serving the customers from outside the hotel. The room was small and clean however the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the shower was a mere trickle. There is no air conditioning so the only way to keep the room cool was to open the window this being in the main road was not entirely satisfactory . The breakfast selection was average, the coffee facilities were very poor and the selection of breakfast items were greatly reduced from our last visit. We will not be staying here again and are very disappointed.

Lovely town we’ll be back, great staff.
Posted 17 Dec 2023 on HotelsWe had a wonderful stay, room small but comfy bed and perfectly adequate with everything we needed, would have liked a kettle, but not the end of the world, only one disabled parking space, which wasn’t available for our stay, but enough parking available. The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the town,
