The tram runs past the hotel and was easy to use. Buffet breakfast was very generous and delicious. Easy walking distance to the old city, Cite du Vin and other attractions and historic sites. We highly recommend the hotel."

"Our second visit to Apparteo Bordeaux and equally enjoyable! The room on the top floor was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable with a great terrace for outdoor dining - very relaxing and appreciated as it was 30C+. A lot of renovation of the surrounding area makes for a very pleasant stay with loads of waterside restaurants, the lovely Halles de Bacalan and, of course the Cite du Vin. Can recommend taking the No. 4 bus from directly across the road to the Château de Pape Clemente...

"Very clean (excellent), well located house with plenty of space for families or friends. Pleasant view on a small vineyard Convenient with large area to prepare, and store, food. Good communication too made our two night stay very relaxing."

(I’d recommend contacting owners - you often need a code for locked gates to get quai side - they don’t give you this information so you need to request it) we found the setting beautiful. "We booked this after reading reviews from others. The accommodation is very simple but met our needs perfectly. It is very clean, has a comfortable bed, a handy little kitchenette which was well stocked with essential implements. It has a terrific grocery store right around the corner. Le Cite Du Vin is a short walk away. The tram was within a minutes walk and we were a quick ride from the old city. It was a stones throw from the waterfront and the bridge to the other side of the river was right outside the door. I would say this is an excellent, affordable place to stay and would do it again. Also a few tram stops fom the cruise ships. "

"Lovely hotel outside of St. Emilion. The restaurant is exceptionally good; the staff are very attentive and will go out of their way to make the stay better. The hotel amenities are also good (a lovely pool). The downside is the limited shuttles in to St. Emilion - given the distance from St. Emilion these should be more regular."

"We woke up late and missed breakfast. We asked the lady serving breakfast if it was too late and she kindly prepared us a breakfast just for us. She was so friendly and helpful. Her service was above and beyond and we can't thank her enough. Réception was also very friendly. Id recommend this hotel purely for the servive. Only negative was the air con in the room which was 26c all night."

"This nice and modern aparthotel is well maintained and its location is very convenient as there is a tram station just half a block away. You can be in Bordeaux’s historic center in less than 20 minutes and if you’re traveling to the next destination by train, the train station (Saint-Jeanne) is just half an hour away at just 3.3 Euros per person. I highly recommend this hotel. I would book again. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment about that. The staff is friendly and they explain well to you what you can do in town. "
