A terrific hotel. I would highly recommend for travelers. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our terrace. Great bar and dining room with views.

Don't pay in advance, inflexible as they would not change the date when the Condor Ferry was delayed by a storm by two days and would not give a refund either... Very poor services especially as I have stayed here twice before!!!

You have obviously had a negative experience. I deplore it and regret your feelings.
Please note that reservations through an intermediary are always less flexible than booking directly with our hotel. Indeed, directly with our services we have control over your reservation file and act much more freely.
In your situation, if your intermediary does not give us any flexibility, we have no choice but to apply the rules, even in a situation like yours.
I hope you will not hesitate to trust us again for a future stay.

Perfect stop off in St Malo. Nice hotel in a great location, the room had a nice balcony with a side sea view which was a pleasant surprise, the pool is also great.

This hotel was remarkable! It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend staying here. We drove into the old town of St Malo --parking is an issue in town-but the hotel was still close enough to major attractions. The room was spacious and very clean.
