Very bad. Room did not have service 2 days, room key stopped working twice, hall smelled of sewage or something off. Lights no bulbs, broken TV, hard beds, thin sheets, night staff at desk seemed lethargic, AC air smelled strange. Dont go.

This is the kind of stay that is...well, you get what you pay for...the room was big, clean, and comfortable and that's all I needed. The hotel is in the midst of commercial businesses, so no food places easily accessible...but there's the IKEA! The area was super quiet, especially because it was a weekend stay and all those commercial businesses were closed. Don't be fooled by the advertisement of continental breakfast...choices were extremely limited...I mean, how tough is it to go to Costco and grab some bakery items? But again...you get what you pay for, the coffee in the morning was good enough...however our second night there, we slept through the breakfast time and the lady at the desk didn't let us get a coffee...but then she had the room open an hour later for some other people so I'm not sure what was up with that... Overall, decent stay, I would come back if I ever visit Montreal again.

The facility is showing serious signs of wear and neglect. Parking for Registration is on the street and the back lot for parking feels very lonely and unsafe. The front counter staff were doing the best they could. The breakfast is about as minimal as it could get and still be called 'breakfast'. Not anywhere close to Baymont by Wyndham standards. That is why I book with brand names but this was a truly terrible experience.

I like the fact it’s close to the airport and shopping centres but they can improve on services, they charge my credit card three times
